Profile Name: The display name you set on your personal WhatsApp account.

Processing and responding to your inquiries automatically via our backend integration platform, n8n.
Delivering automated notifications, updates, or customer support that you have requested.

3. Data Routing and Third-Party Subprocessors

To deliver this service, your message data flows through two primary infrastructure partners:

Meta Platforms, Inc.: As the provider of the WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta processes your messages to deliver them onto the WhatsApp network. Their handling of data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
n8n: We utilize n8n (an automation platform) to safely route incoming and outgoing messages to our internal systems.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your phone number or chat history with third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

4. Data Retention

We only retain your message logs and data for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes outlined in this policy, or to comply with legal obligations.
